Registration for the 16th RFMF JS in Saint Malo

Registrations are open until May 24, 2024 (ATTENTION, early bird rates are only valid until March 25, 2024).

Please note! Places are limited (300 people). Please register early, and we'll keep you informed of the number of places available.

The registration fee entitles you to:

access to the conference room from June 4 to June 6, 2024
registration for workshops on June 3, 2024
access to poster and industrial sessions
participation in the RFMF and RFMF junior AGMs.
Registration fees also include:

3 lunches + 1 Gala dinner + coffee breaks + 1 Coktail
2024 RFMF membership for "non-member" rates
Overnight stays are not included in the registration fee.

Individual registrations - 2024 rates

To benefit from the member rate, you must first have paid your membership fee (https://www.rfmf.fr/devenir-membre/).

Access to the 16th JS RFMF will only be authorized after full payment of the registration fee.

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or purchase order.

Registration cancellation conditions

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by post, fax or email) to the Congress Registration Secretariat in accordance with the following conditions:

For cancellations notified up to and including May 6, 2024: reimbursement of 50% of sums paid.
For cancellations notified between May 6 , 2024 and May 20, 2024: reimbursement of 25% of the amount paid.
For cancellations received after May 21, 2024: no refund.
